Based in Detroit, Chris Tysh is a poet and playwright, author of twelve books. Her latest publications are 26 Tears, co-authored with George Tysh, (BlazeVOX, 2022), Derrida’s In/Voice (BlazeVOX 2020) and Hotel des Archives: A Trilogy (Station Hill Press, 2018). She holds fellowships from The National Endowment for the Arts and The Kresge Foundation, as well as a Murray Jackson Creative Scholar in the Arts Award from Wayne State University where she teaches writing. She is the poetry editor of Three Fold, an independent arts quarterly.
Robert Laidler is an assistant professor at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Helen Zell Writing Program, and the author of a poetic libretto, The Fallen Petals of Nameless Flowers, which premiered at Chamber Music Detroit in 2022. Most recently he was a finalist for The 2026 Agnes Starrett Lynch Poetry Prize, and The 2023 National Poetry Series. His poems can be found or at forthcoming in Missouri Review, Ilanot, Driftwood, Oxford, Poets.org, The Offing, and elsewhere.
Based in Detroit, where he worked for social justice groups in Michigan, kim d. hunter is a poet and prose writer. He is the author of a collection of short stories, The Official Report on Human Activity (Wayne State University, 2018), and two books of poetry: edge of the time zone (White Print Inc., 2009) and borne on slow knives (Past Tents, 2001). He co-directed the Woodward Line Poetry Series for thirteen years and holds a 2012 Kresge Literary Arts Fellowship.
