Told through the eyes and heart of Howie, a rescued Labradoodle, Soulmates is a love story about the bond between a dog and the person who becomes his whole world. The book unfolds as a heartfelt letter from Howie to his “mama,” celebrating the comfort, happiness, and lasting memories that our animal companions bring into our lives.
Linda Solomon is an award-winning photographer and journalist, a member of the Michigan Journalism Hall of Fame, and the founder of Pictures of Hope, an organization that helps children experiencing homelessness express their hopes and dreams through photography. Her work has appeared in publications including People and The New York Times.
