Book is fine in slipcase; light foxing on inside gutter on free end paper. Also includes three pieces of related ephemera: a small flyer; a printed invitation with handwritten letter; and a program for a 1969 reception for an exhibition of the Dali jewelry at the Flint (Michigan) Institute of Arts.
