Tom Carey: Monster Island Mu at Zeitgeist (woodcut poster)

This was the second performance announcement poster for Monster Island’s “Rehearsal for the Destruction of Mu” a shadow theater/light show production held at Zetgeist Gallery, Feb. 16th in Detroit. The poster is on heavy weight paper, an edition of 25, only a few are left. It was produced by artist Tom Carey from hand made woodblocks, and painted in a watercolor wash.
