This complete 16 volume set of Perspectives USA is a rare mid-century Art, Music, Literature journal published from Fall 1952 through Summer 1956. Copies run from Very Good to Fine, most with some edge wear and minor shelf wear. Only the first 12 issues are shown. Scarce.

The journal features cover art by prominent art designers like Paul Rand, Alvin Lustig, and Herbert Bayer. American writers and artists including William Faulkner, W. H. Auden, Robert Motherwell, William Carlos Williams, Kenneth Rexroth, Wallace Stevens, Marsden Hartley, Martha Graham, Thomas Merton, Wallace Stegner, Delmore Schwartz, Arthur Dove, Saul Bellow, John Cheever, EB White, Edmund Wilson, Tennessee Williams, Clement Greenberg, and May Swenson.

Perspectives USA was edited by James Laughlin and published by Intercultural Publications, with funding from the Ford Foundation. This set will need a heavy box and requires insurance for shipping.
