Book Launch with Denise Brennan-Nelson and Rhonda Gowler Greene at Oak Park Public Library

“March is Reading Month!” Come celebrate reading, books, and your public library with authors Denise Brennan-Nelson and Rhonda Gowler Greene at the Oak Park Public Library on Sunday, March 24th, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, where they will discuss their work.

Co-sponsored by The Book Beat and the Oak Park Library.

Denise Brennan-Nelson is the author of numerous books for children, including Tallulah: Mermaid of the Great Lakes, and Leopold the Lion. A national speaker, Denise encourages adults and children to tap into their imaginations to create richer, fuller lives. She lives in Howell, Michigan with her husband, Bob.

Rhonda Gowler Greene is the author of over twenty-five children’s books, including No Pirates Allowed! said Library Lou. A former elementary learning disabilities teacher, Rhonda holds a Master’s in Educational Media. She currently lives in southern Michigan.
